Voting is not based on profiles it is based on internet
If you are trying to vote and can not please use a different internet either a phone or computer not connected to the same wifi. Some providers share ip address which is not very common but possible. If you are in a college , business, or an apartment building that uses the same internet then you will have to use another computer system to vote.
If you still can not vote then your are not eligible to vote sorry.
